How to Reset your Payroll Password

Please contact the Payroll Department at (225) 922-5680 for assistance with resetting your password to the Payroll Portal. To avoid any unnecessary wait time, please do not submit an IT HelpDesk Ticket.

If you know your Employee Number and security question, follow these steps:

1. 1. 1. Go to the Payroll Portal by clicking the button below
      2. Enter your Employee Number and hit enter
      3. Click “I forgot my password” and follow the prompts to reset your password
