All third-party education verification requests should be made through Parchment.
Reissued Diploma: $5.00
Reissued Transcript: $1.00 per page (transcripts are typically 1-3 pages in length)
EXACT CASH IS REQUIRED – NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN
No checks, credit/debit cards, money orders, or other payment methods are accepted.
Once your transcript and/or diploma request has been processed, you will be notified of any payment required.
If you choose to pick up your records in person, please visit our office at 1050 S. Foster Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 between 8:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. OR between 2:00p.m. and 4:30p.m., Monday – Friday to pick up your documents when they are ready.
There is a processing period of up to 7-10 business days.
